Being mothers, no doubt you are all familiar with the Wiggles. Have you ever noticed how different Anthony looks now as opposed to older episodes of The Wiggles? Well, I have and I was curious as to how he shaped up so well.
Turns out that his workouts are of him using his own body weight. I love that! No equipment ~ nothing! How fitting for moms, since we often times have to fit in our workouts whenever and wherever we can.
In this video, the blue wiggle demonstrates a great ab and core move. If you don’t have access to a bar, do it at the playground while your kids are playing.
Basically, they look like gymnast moves and I can see how they can re-shape your body. So, the challenge for the day is to try these 2 moves to failure. If you don’t have access to a bar this afternoon, do 3 sets of planks ~ hold for 1 minute a piece and do 3 sets of plyometric squats ~ 15 in each set.
As always, don’t forget to warm up your muscles by walking or dancing and cool your body down afterward by doing stretches (no bouncing.)
