You’re almost there! Day 29!
Here’s the workout for today:
Take the kids for a brisk walk mixed with skips and sprints. Make it at least 30 minutes ~ keep your abs engaged and be sure to work your heart.
By this time, you should be feeling pretty strong! We’ve worked our hearts and our core all month long, so today should be a breeze! (and fun..)
