I love to find fitness tips and workouts that are simple. I’ve picked three fitness sources to share with you today that fit the bill. They can easily be slipped into your day and you don’t need a big long list of things to complete them.
- This workout list is from the blog ~ Back on Pointe ~ which I first saw on Pinterest. These lists are simple and to the point (no pun intended).
She has a lot of these sort of workouts on her blog, so go check it out! The only thing that I would change about this workout would be the crunches. I assume that she means laying down crunches and I don’t do them. Instead, I would do either standing twists or standing knee lifts with an abdominal crunch.
And what the heck is a bird dog exercise? In case you don’t know, here’s an explanation from ACE Fitness.
- Another great fitness blog to check out is Ginger Calem‘s blog. She has a group called Writer’s Butt on twitter (#writersbutt) ~ cute, right? Her tips are also simple and they fit into your day ~ so definitely worth a look see.
- Jillian Michaels has some mini workouts ~ like the one below ~ on Hulu. This one is a great leg workout ~ you need no equipment ~ and it’s a challenge.
How do you work fitness into your day? Do you have any simple workouts that you would like to share? I’d love to hear about it!
