Alright, I just completed the arms and shoulders workout that I mentioned in an earlier post. I used a 4 lb ball and the workout took about 15 minutes total considering I’ve never done it before. I also moved around a bit a few minutes before to warm up my body and stretched for a few minutes after.
It’ll make you sweat, which is a plus and my upper body feels really good right now. Super simple to fit into the day even with 3 children around, so I definitely recommend it. Time will tell over the next 2 weeks if I see and feel results. So, check back and if you decide to do it as well, then post in the comments!
