Fitness Frosting: Being more aware of your body as you go through your daily activities and making little adjustments to what you already do to add to the overall shape and strengh of your body.
On it’s own, fitness frosting isn’t going to get you into shape ~ but it will add to your fitness ~ and it’s simple.
Don’t have time for biceps curls? Think again and try this next time you come home from the grocery store. (Or, if you’re like me, Target ~ ’cause I can never come out of there with just 1 bag!)
When you’re bringing in the groceries, try to get bags with similar weight in each hand. As you’re bringing them into the house, do bicep curls ~ slowly. When you reach the kitchen, put them down, shake it out and go get some more bags. Repeat until all of the groceries are in the house.
