When I’m feeling particularly down about what I’m writing or whether I’m writing or if any of it makes sense or if I should be writing at all, I think of the Robinsons.
Not the Swiss Family Robinsons, although it would be super cool to live in a tree…
~ I’m talking about the Robinsons in the movie “Meet the Robinsons.”
It’s a Disney movie (and if you haven’t seen it, you must) who’s entire premise is to never give up ~ to keep moving forward. They celebrate their failures because they are opportunities to learn and to grow and to be better.
If you’re feeling down about a project you’re working on or about anything in your life in general ~ take a page from the Robinsons and keep moving forward.
Have you seen Meet the Robinsons? How do you keep moving forward after a failure or big disappointment?
