I’ve been sticking to the hoops for 2 weeks now and I’m happy to say that I’ve worked up to 22 minutes of hula hooping! (I only stopped because my daughter asked for a turn.)
Has it whittled my waist?
Well, I will say that my middle looks good and it looks tighter but I haven’t measured it…
This week I’m changing it up because I’m going on vacation. Whoo Hoo!
I have a lot of stuff to pack, so I’m going back to the basics. I’m taking a band ~ that’s it. I think I may be able to fit that into my suitcase.
Here’s the plan:
Monday: Exercise Band total body workout
Tuesday: Jog for 20 minutes, 30 pushups, 60 standing twist/crunches, 30 squats
Wednesday: Walking/running up and down stairs
Thursday: Exercise Band total body workout
Friday: Running with my kids catching lightening bugs
Sunday: Swimming, Exercise Band total body workout
